Akme Ballet Apathy and what a mess

Just thought to add my observation after buying Akme Ballet apartment at Bangalore near ORR. It is supposed to be the ultra luxury apartment but it has been deprived of the basic amenities even after one and half years of completion date overshooting. Some of the things which are blatantly overlooked and false promised are mentioned here. Take your decision based on following facts

1) There is no late payment given to buyers as promised by the builders.

2) The club house which they promised and took money at the very beginning is not there even after almost two years. Why did they need money @ 1 Lacs from 400 families even for nothing to show? They stated that the club house from nearby property is there's and now the world knows the story as Akme residents are not welcome there.

3) Even though there is no rule for service tax as per the new GOI order, they twisted the story and asked for service charge along with VAT which is completely invalid.

4) The whole project is in shambles and it will take really one more year for them to meet even the basic commitments like neat car parking, good water supply, children's play area, maintenance corpus management(4 Crore upwards) to name a few.

5) Onee of the worst customer friendly company as they hate to hear residents concern. Rather than accepting the issue, they just buy time for everything.

6) Marriage of BLK-Akme-Ferns is their reason for all the bad in Akme Ballet premise.

7) Lacklustre on the

outside. Ordinary on the inside. Mis-Managed* all over.

A Mess-merised customer.
