Ballet - Cheating and Frauds

Review On Akme Projects Ltd, Bangalore

They sold this apartment as ultra luxury apartment. Their brochure promises TWO elegant club houses - one inside neighbourhood Ferns habitat layout and one inside Akme Ballet.

One and a half years after promised completion date of the project ( May, 2007), we do not have any club house. We used to enter Ferns club house earlier , but then one fine day ( almost 8 months ago) we were stopped entry into Ferns club and all the residents who wanted to access the club were insulted by Ferns builder and even security guards. Akme has not shown any interest to resolve this issue since 8 months.

And, they're not even giving a club house inside Akme Ballet. This is after paying a hefty price of Rs. 3000/sq.ft. and Rs. 1 lakh for the non-existent club house.

A tennis court was promised inside the complex and now Akme management clearly says they're not going to give that also.

The list of such cases is huge. All their staff have no courtsey to talk to customers. Residents have tried escalating the issues to COO Mr. Sonal Anand, Chairman Mr. Anil Nanda. But no one is interested in resolving the issues. Some of the residents were even threatened.

These people are only interested in making money. They do not care a damn about resolving customers' issues. Don't buy anything from Akme Projects Ltd.

One star is given because anything less is not possible.
