These people do not show the intend to fulfill their promises, they have gone to the extent of editing their website under the amenities section of their housing project after the project was sold out, they removed the list of the amenities what they couldn't provide.

They have very laid back attitude in responding to getting thing related to maint. repair and PDI completion.

Till date the promised internal club house construction is yet to start. It took good 1 year after moving in that we had equal access to one of the promised club house by AKME it required lot of effort from the residents association to materialize.
