Akme Ballet: A Tale of False Pomises

We booked an apartment in Akme Ballet in June 2005. The project was supposed to be completed in June 2007. Well the project is still nowhere near completion. Well let me write about some of the broken promises by the builder.

1. Club membership in Fern Habitat was mandatory alongwith booking a flat in Ballet. We had to pay 1 lakh for the privilege.  Now when we have shifted to our apartment we can not use the club because of problems between Akme and Fern. And Akme has been giving us false hopes about resolving this issue for the last one year.

   
   




2. We were supposed to have a state of the art club house within Akme premises. But even at this stage, even a plan of the club house is not ready.  We have almost lost all hopes for the club house.

   
   




3. The basement car parking is not yet alloted. It seems the Akme guys have over sold the parking slots and noe trying to save their skin.

   
   




4. We were forced to pay Service Charges which has no legal standng. But since we did not want to drag the issue to court we paid up the charges.

   
   




5. Our premises is being used by the builder to construct an adjacent mall. And living amongst the construction activities is a disgusting experience.

   
   

I can go on and on about our ultra luxurious apartment complex. Anyone reading this please do not buy any property from Akme Group.
