Beware of the costing sheet provided by builder

Please beware that on the costing structure provided by the builder, the below additional charges will be levied by the builder at time of possession. These are not mentioned in the costing sheet.

1. Vat - 2.5% on the Basic Cost+ Car Park to  all the  existing client and indication to the new clients, however if any  changes as per  the new norms of budget the same is applicable. 2. Service Tax is applicable as follows a. Service Tax @ 10.3% on 25% of the Basic Cost+ Car Park w.e.f  01.07.10. b. Service Tax @ 10.3% on Alteration charges if any, Maintenance,  Club  House & Legal Fee.   Note:- If any changes as per the new norms of budget the same shall  be  applicable.
