Aishwarya Homes Developers and Builders, Bangalore

Aeropride Layout Devanahalli, they have left the layout without fully developing and authorities are calling it as abandoned layout, there is no power, water, Drainage, security. It is left like a Jungle, few of us cleaned our sites, no possibility of building new houses without basic amenities. Some farmers who had given the land to developers have also filed case against them. Please don’t believe these fraudsters and loose your hard earned money.

Aishwarya Homes is now selling sites in Ph 3 in Mandur though Ph 1 and Ph 2 customers grievances are not address. These developers demand 50% money for making booking and agreement. Once agreement is made they forget the customers. They dont commit for registration and submission of necessary documents for loan purpose. They keep saying, will give within a month. LIC did not approve loans for Ph 1 and Ph 1. But the developers assure LIC loan for Ph 3. The builder is not genuine in disclosing their office address, land owner address, office ph no, etc. They show an address of their office but actually there is no such office. If you ask why, they will show another address saying that just now they shifted. But you will not see any office activities at the new address.

I am one of the many customers of aishwarya homes and developers.

Project: Nr. vijaypura taluk, after Bangalore international airport, grandcity.

I chose to buy this site in 2008 because it was affordable and one of my friend knew builders credibility. We had also met Mr. G Shankar reddy - MD of aishwarya homes and developers who made false promises.

1. The BIAPPA approval came after 4 years of wait which was promised in one year.

Very poor response from this builder in terms of updates.

1. After the BIAPPA approval of( some%age) layout,  same has to be developed and provided with basic amenities. like  tar road, sewage system, overhead tank, electricity lines and whatever promised in sale agreement but non of it has been done by the builder.

It has been more than 3 years since he has got BIAPPA approval.

How did this project got approval from biappa without any time line attached to complete the basic amenities?

1. His employees say g. shankar reddy has fled to AP and using the capital to fight MLA elections . Aghast!  I had taken a bank loan to buy this site and what customers get is betrayal!

Folks, please be aware of  this builder or his brother who have bad intentions to loot the money.
