VERY PATHETIC SITUATION

I have a flat booked in 2014 in Minor, I am regularly chasing for cancelliation and asking our refund with interest till date . But their response is very poor. Once in a blue moon the use to talk with me and telling will advise you shortly. This is absolutely unfair as I have already paid them INR 30 Lakhs and they are enjoying the money.

It's quite pathetic for the buyer . Please avoid investment in on going construction projects and invest in ready to move in with all OC / CC clearance.

I booked 1 flat in 108 project. Due to poor services and lack of response I requested for cancellation last year aug 2019..after that I sent multiple emails but never got any response.. I also called them multiple time and they behaviour or staffe (Ankur ) was extremely rude.. I have all recording. After more then a year they finally agreed to refund the amount but deducted 46000 rupees.

Please don't invest or waste money and time

It took more than 18 months to get refund against cancellation of my application. Made false promises every time I reminded them for refund. In last I have to file a complaint against them in HaRERA to get my application amount.
