No Proper Water Resource.!At the time of sale they shown us big Well and said 4 to 5 Bore wells are there. So far two bore well are operational and no water in well.

Construction quality is too good & their pricing is also affordable. One of the best buy if your are looking in OMR. Highly ventilated. Maintenance of the apartment is also fine.

While Booking the apartment they had shared one Agreement in that Mentioned all details especially payment details(including amenities charges, property tax, car parking charges, Electric charges) but while registering they changed the agreement in that mentioned car parking is free( I was shocked after seeing that in the registered document), after many fought with CRM and Architect team I got the car parking that too in different place not at promised location while booking.

As of now I am staying at my home in ADVAITA BLOSSOM.

and following are the ongoing issue.


  1. Amenities are not completed fully. also childrens play area and water source(well) in OSR LAND.it will become future hectic in blossoms families if they did not give any counter solution.





2.once you paid the amount fully, they will not take care any of the issue facing in your apartment.

3.keep on asking theNOC, handing over documents, property tax, completion certificate and car parking allotment letter but till date no response for my mail( But project extention completion date 30/06/2019 was OVER as per government).

After reading this comment still you are buying the home in Advauta you will become the LOSER.

All promises during sales blown to air. Proper documents are yet to be handed over. Many of the amenities are in PURAMBOKE LAND. RESERVED FOR PANCHAYAT OPEN SPACE UTILITY ONLY. CAR PARKING CHARGED BUT THE SPACE ALLOTTED IS VERY SMALL. BIKE PARKING NOT YET ALLOTTED. THINK TWICE AND AVOID BEING A LOSER, BEFORE DECIDING TO BUY.

As an owner of the apartment I want to share few things. Im staying in this apartment for almost an year. People are thinking this is a peaceful apartment, yes it is surrounded by farming land and I thought the same and bought here. Now the farming lands are also changing to flats/plots (it happens), it will create water source issues. There are 2 to 3 water companies surrounded by my apartment. Main problem here is there are no proper documents available from deeds, OC, CC, eb, property tax, etc. In my agreement document, end date of construction is Dec 2017 and they took more than 1 year and still its incomplete. I'm yet to get the OC and CC documents which is a mandatory document for income tax and resale, etc. New buyers plz be aware while visiting and ask them CC and OC documents first. Children play area has been developed in OSR land and that small play area should accommodate 356 units, donno how? . There is no proper customer relationship management and most of the time we won't get proper reply for our mail. No proper maintenance on STP and it smells very badly. My kid having health issues due to this. No proper registration document for car parking which is alloted to residents.

After almost a year of purchasing an apartment from Advaita Homes, I am depressed. Have I made a wrong selection? I think so. Until this date, I have not received OC, CC, Property Tax. Received Allotment letter and no dues letter two days ago. EB card received a fortnight ago!

No permanent water source yet. Well is in OSR, children's park, WTP are in OSR. STP's operations are poor. Trial and error operation leading to unhygienic, colored, odorous STP water in flush tank. Bore-wells not identified. Poor customer service response. No reply to emails. Flip flop over commitments. Car parking spaces not designed well. Even the apartment numbering convention has not been done professionally. Sales team gives false promises. No quality certificates. No professional approach. So, beware of your investment.

Am I a loser then? Unfortunately yes.

These builders claim to be better than the others but they make different promises before signing the agreement and different while signing the agreement! Get everything written down from them in advance so that they cannot cheat you later!

There was a possession delay yet they never paid us the interest that we should legally get. We had no energy to fight because there were got the land after so long.

There has been lack of governmental agencies to address parking needs and this has been seen because there is lack of participation from businesses and parking management companies with the validation approach where people generally receive either a reduced rate for parking or free parking for a specified time

The project is located on the crossing of some of the most important roads. This does not create a flexible option for many of the travel people since it creates general congestion on the main roads. Hence not many developers find worth in investing in the projects.

There are many developers who have started to create a fake sense of missing out on the under developed construction opportunities as a way to lure the buyers and also ask them to carry a cheque so as to safeguard themselves from missing out on the flats.

1.No water source for occupants

2.Amenities so small and low quality that too placed in OSR(PURAMBOKU) LAND, To create dispute between owners and corporation in future ..

3.Infiltrated their own employees( around 45 apts occupied by them) and certain people to give positive review and also to threaten other co owners

4.Lot of legal disputes, builder abandoned phase 1 residents for asking clarity

5.Car parking , quality of building is horrible lots of cracks, breaks within a year

6.All doors, electrical fittings are of low quality , we may lose our valuable electronic goods

All our hard earned money in soup..
