One of my relative facing many problems which was build by ADVAIT CONSTRUWELL . The toilets are very worst in design even if we flash on western toilets it doesn't works and some times if we try to flash waters will not come on western toilets . pipeline materials are worst, it was easily rust and starts to leak water due to that walls are watery and cements are drowning off. STAFF courtesy will be very poor, they wont respond well for any emergency case.
