Strongly suggest staying away from aditya urban casa both as tenant and as owner since the owner association here is led by corrupt guddu sinha and his inner circle is all corrupt folks who dont listen to demands of owners. also uttar pradesh government should set up inquiry commission and take action. society has serious seepage problem and u can see on every building the whole society is suffering. people in the society are not well behaved and honestly this is the worst society in the region. im telling u stay away from this society, mahagun, hyde park, and sethi are much better options in sector 78.
Corrupt management and poor services

Easily worst society I stayed at it Noida and I have lived in 4 societies across Noida. The management is corrupt and there is discrimination against certain owner as well as tenants. Services are very poor and maintenance money is used by by owner association for personal expenses. Please avoid this society, people who have flats are already selling. Hidden charges which have no meaning are very common.

When you move in to society they charge 2000/- as welcome charge from you and when you leave also they charge 2000/- as farewell charge. When asked for what reason you are charging this money. They replied it is rule. So, be careful with those. Just to drill one hole they charges 300/- when asked they say it doesn't cover in your maintenance charges. So, be careful with these and many more hidden charges.

I rented one of the flats in this society, there are so many hidden charges that you might endup paying. Delhi people are owners of flats in this society, so donot expect any transparency and humanity. Brokers only take side of owners, so forget any kind of help from that side.

Worst build quality.....poor maitainance staff ....no resolution to problems......electricity connection is also from a nearby village so huge no. Of power cuts... Worst society to invest or to take on rent

Cheap Management, no support, maintenance is good for nothing, person can't stay here, poor services infact no service. Never suggest to anyone to stay here.
