At first my opinion about Nisarg was different. But visiting Nisarg gave me a good experience. The property has a great appreciation potential. The location of the property is nearer to the Pune Mumbai Highway. Luxury with comfort, I am bound to say. As soon as I entered the living room I was left flabbergasted by looking at the spaciousness. Overall a good property to invest on. The main attraction is the posh society.

Best place to live in, Comfort Zone Nest

Shagun developers are the good developers in Pune. They have a good range of projects providing 1 bhk 2 bhk 3 bhk 4 bhk flates . The flats are just amazing . Last month I have visited Comfort Zone Nest, trust me the infrastructure is superb and the amenities they are providing with is above decent.The communication with the staff gave me the confidence to think about purchasing a 2 bhk home. I hope my review would be proven helpful for the people who are looking out for a new home.

Nice projects under their belt

I really liked their project like Nisarg palms, Sunshine hills etc all have preety good amenities & timely delivered.

Their projects have good building quality & nice specifications.

Sales staff is well trained & well behaved.

I am looking forward t buy my second house in one ofthe schemes in this year. Also they have tie-ups with various banks which makes salarised people to go for this option of home loan.
