I bought a 3 bed room apartment in Fortune towers in the year 2011. Paid 95% of the agreed amount through bank loan more than a year ago.


The bank wouldn't release the last 5% of the loan amount until registration is done. And Aditya wouldn't do registration until they get the last 5% percent as well. So I paid that last 5% more than 8 months ago.


Registration is still not done. Now they are asking for interest on the late instalment from the customers who didn't pay the entire 100% . Very tricky situation. Looks like they don't have any money to complete the rest of the work.


It seems the Aditya Constructions owner(Thota guy) invested a lot of money to get party ticket in YSRCP. And ended up losing a lot of money and hence all the issues.


13 projects of Aditya constructions are in the same situation it seems.


I may not have sounded frustrated, but the situation is real real bad.


Stay away from these guys.

My apartment is located in Fortune towers in Vizag. I paid the advance in 2011 and paid 90% of the installments by end of 2014, The registration of my unit happened in the last few months in 2018.

Are you guys saying th...at the project that took 7 years is not a delayed project? I can't believe you are defending yourself instead of apologizing.
