If you have already bought a flat - what are you doing here? Pray to god to give you enough courage to handle this rogues.

If you read this review and cancelled your plan to buy - you are the luckiest person on earth.

If you read this review and went to buy the flat - I am sure you are PM or CM.

Work Style: They will take 80% of money in less than one year. They will give you flat only after 5 years. You can check their track record, they took more than 5 years to build 1 apartment. They will build the flat by rotating money for interest.

Staff: They have the most ignorant and rude staff. They have lot of teams, at times they don't even know what they to do. They are hired to show their sick attitude towards their customers. No transparency. No response will be given to your requests. You r ignored as if u don't exist.

Site Engineers: They are Epic. They behave as if u have got the flat for free. Every modification u will end u paying with ur money. Your modifications will be ignored. Try this by going to the site everyday. Very rude. Don't even know the ABC of construction. Very disrespectful.

MD/Chairman: Ex-IAS officer, street smart, u can't win this guy. Behaves as if he is Obama. He has his own rules. satyanarayana is one of the MD name.

Delay in registrations. Make you to pay TDS from ur pocket. Read new TDS rules. Charges for everything. Delay in constructions. Sale deeds have parking and terrace will be undercontrol of Aditya CC. Don't even clean the flats before handover. Buying a flat is like wasting ur money and life for more than 5 years. Service tax and maintenance r calculated as per their will.

There are cases where they are using parking lot as storage place. Don't pay money back if you cancel the flat booking.

If you want to see sadistic and good for nothing people, you should visit and buy a flat in Aditya construction company.Wait for few days u will see more reviews from the owners. I bought the flat when people don't really share their experiences online. Things have changed, new buyers have this option to read reviews.

Owners have filed cases, approached media and law, yet no signs of improvement. Read other reviews. I am sure u will be convinced why people r taking time to write reviews. Whatever we have been thru, we just don't want you to go thru.

Don't waste your Hard earned money. I will recommend Aditya if u r a PM, CM,  or won a lottery money.  I sincerely believe it is easy to become PM rather than becoming a owner of a flat bought from Aditya Construction Company. My only adivce, no matter how many times u think, no matter how much money u have got, stay away from this humiliation.
