Beware of Aditya builders

Review On Aditya Builders, Pune

I would like to warn you about this builder. I have taken a 2 BHK flat at Krishnakewal township - Kondhwa road from this builder in 2003. Listed below are some of the important problems that this builder has created for all the people who bought from him in this scheme.

1. The club house, swimming pool, gym, tennis court and all other facilities that were promised to us have been locked for the last 7 years by the builder. He has clearly said that he wont allow us to use it. He has also taken the club house membership charges from us all and yet he does not want to give it to us. Looks like he will demolish the same soon and then build couple of more buildings.

   
   




2. Water supply problem - This persisted for the initial 4 years and we had to depend on tankers.

   
   




3. The society also has not been handed over the legal documents even after 8 years now. The legal procedures of the same are being avoided - we really don't know the hidden intentions of the builder.

   
   




4. Car parking although are not allowed to be sold have been sold by this builder - he has charged the owners heavily for the parking.

   
   




5. An open space that was promised to us when we bought the flats has been converted into 2 huge buildings blocking all the light and ventilation.

   
   




6. The road to the society was not at all good when the construction was completed.

   
   




7. On the road to the entrance the builder has constructed some shop like structures - they clearly seem illegal.
