Fraudster company with very low credentials

Mr Dilip Reddy the MD has through a GPA made someone who is not contactable as his rep .

In my agreement the amount to be paid was ₹30 lakhs but Mr Reddy very silently start sending demand notices for ₹51 lakhs and in the process I list upfront ₹21 lakhs .

Besides the quality of construction is pathetic. The owners have by themselves rectified the defects spending substantial amount .

Mr Reddy is not having any address where he could be contacted . He has an email address and a telephone number which he seldom answers .

I will be approaching the police besides will knock for justice at every available forum to get back my hard earned cash returned by this Mr Reddy .

This person has the ability to pocket many influential people in power and has silently escaping arrest .

There is no commitment once you pay money they will not listen the customer.they will start fighting . Be very careful to dealing with this builder marketers guys. After booking the flat lot of struggle to get done the remaining work.they will ask lot of charges after booking the flat at the time of booking they will not mentioned.think 100 times to book flat here.marketing staff behaves very rude after booking the flat

Iam a resident in one of the Adithya Frondoso. With in a year it's started Water seepage & cracking in all over house, And outside of our apartment also, too much of noise in generator, too much of noise in STP, Amenities still not yet finished. What they are committed & delivered are totally different. Even after handing over the association still lots of pending work. Overall not satisfied.

Worst Management and Site Engineer is very rude.

We booked a flat in one of the project of Adithya Constructions. Project is delayed by 5 months already. Even after 5 months negging we are unable to shift as Power connection is not available. For last 2 months management is saying that it will come next week. But no hope for the same.

Also the promised amount for delay in the project is not given. On top of that, Site Engineer Murali Reddy is the worst. He will promise something and do something else. And the shameless fellow talks very rudely to customer once the payment is done. And for everything he will say to talk to Management people.

Initially the experience was ok, but now it has been worse day by day. False promises are their expertise.

Save some time and heath and dont buy from this builder.
Can we trust them?????

I don't have more idea about this constructors....But I observed that same name there are two constructors in Bangalore

The conflicts are



  1. website - For the first team https://adithyaconstructions.co and for the second team https://adithyaconstructions.com (only difference is one is ending with com and another with co)



  2. Projects - Two projects are  same for both- ADITHYA ELIXIR & ADITHYA SOIGNE



  3. Mobile No. - The first 8 digit are same for both(888 440 44). For one team the last two digits end with 01, 02, 03 and for the other team it is 16, 17, 18





NB:- I called in a number ending with 16 for Adithya's Sollievo project they told me all the projects are sold-out, then I called in 03 they told me projects are available. But I am totally confused, how can we trust these builders???
