Mr Dilip Reddy the MD has through a GPA made someone who is not contactable as his rep .


In my agreement the amount to be paid was ₹30 lakhs but Mr Reddy very silently start sending demand notices for ₹51 lakhs and in the process I list upfront ₹21 lakhs .


Besides the quality of construction is pathetic. The owners have by themselves rectified the defects spending substantial amount .


Mr Reddy is not having any address where he could be contacted . He has an email address and a telephone number which he seldom answers .


I will be approaching the police besides will knock for justice at every available forum to get back my hard earned cash returned by this Mr Reddy .


This person has the ability to pocket many influential people in power and has silently escaping arrest .

Please don't believe the builders words they will tell of things to sale his flats. But atlast they will not respond to your queries. Waste of giving single star also. Don't buy Adithya Flats.
