There is no commitment once you pay money they will not listen the customer.they will start fighting . Be very careful to dealing with this builder marketers guys. After booking the flat lot of struggle to get done the remaining work.they will ask lot of charges after booking the flat at the time of booking they will not mentioned.think 100 times to book flat here.marketing staff behaves very rude after booking the flat
