Adi Developers, Bangalore

I reside in apartment built by this Builder. Within my house I see, very basic amenities are not fulfilled. No plan for Drainage, incorrect water connections. All the third parties who worked with Srinilaya builder like Plumber, Painter, Electrician complain inadequate payment made. It is not fair at all to dupe the customers this way. I don't recommend this builder to any one.

Please dont go with this builder. The advertisement might look impressive using just power point and Flash software but when it comes to implementation, just watch out!

ADI EMERALD project was one of the construction project taken for development by Srinilaya projects from the land owner(Lahari Homes & Alapati Venkateswara Rao - owner of Lahari Resorts). The project was officially started in 2011 and supposed to be completed in 2-3 years. But the project is still incomplete. Both the builder and land owner are absconding even after they were able to sell all the flats on false promise of completing the project.

The builder - Adi Reddy, might be planning to cheat the Bengaluru people as well this time, by planning to develop a venture. Even surprising fact is that the land owner of ADI Emerald project is not filing any case against the builder and not even answering the phone calls and responding to the flat buyers. I am one of the deceived flat owners. Better be cautious and don't get cheated by these fellows.

Builder has promised to complete all the works and there is positive sign,  builder started doing some progress,  we hope he will complete everything soon.Water proofing is done on the 5 floor. Some plastering works has been done. Compound wall is in progress, main gate and meter grill in progress, venkat has owned up the work,  he is showing progress,  good sign. Tile work for the support staff is also in progress, they said they will complete all the grill works and water harvesting pit works aswell. Hoping things will be completed soon.

I have purchased a 3bhk apartment of Srinilaya Group. The apartment was well furnished plus spacious also. I am pretty happy with this project of Srinilaya. I had advised my neighbors relatives to buy from Srinilaya group only as apartments rates are very affordable.

In our society, we have 2 gardens and gym associated with it. Anyone can go to the society and do the workout as it is free for society members. Our society is also equipped with all facilities and guarded from all four sided by fencesWater and electricity is available 24 hrs.

We were one of unlucky families who bought flat in Adi Emerald in Gachibowli Hyderabad in 2013, initially it was going well but sometime in 2014 we observed things getting slow and in 2015 construction coming to stop. Builder(Adi Sathi Reddy) was supposed to handover flat in Sep 2014(as per agreement its 10 months) but it never happend and we started loosing EMI/money because of his nexus with LIC Housing in releasing amount without completion of work. Builder allowed us to occupy flat in 2015 but only after paying 100% of amount and no completion of any of the amenities or in living conditions. Water & Electricity were only ones which were given at the time of occupancy and that too with lowest level of quality one can imagine. Its been close to 1 year we have staying in that apartment along with 30 odd traumatized families still he choose not to complete.

Builder Adi Reddy started another venture in Bangalore by taking LIC payments from flat owners - he knows that he doesn't have any credibility or reputation in Hyderabad. We have been fighting with this builder for the last one year, tried from various means of allowing him to complete venture on what he promised and published in his vouchure but still no luck. Interestingly his previous venture Adi Sarovar in Hafizpet(Hyderabad) has lot of issues even after completing 3 years back, one mistake was not enquiring about builder before buying flat in Adi Emerald - wish someone put review over internet like what we are doing now. We tried all means of ways to have him complete the project(including politicians & police) but none of them worked out as he managed to escape from Hyderabad and currently looking for scapegoats in his Bangalore venture.

Please do verify with the builder before making any purcahses in Adi's North Lake, Bangalore Apartments. As someone said he closed his previous venture website and changed his company name to Adi Developers. He is also in legal battle with previous projects residents/associations. None of these are made-up stories, all these are actual facts which can be verified by visiting or seeing photographs of Adi Emerald or asking any resident about Builder.

I am yet another unfortunate owner of Adi Emerald in Hyderabad who has been a helpless victim of Adi Reddy's financial screw up. This guy is a failure and having invested in his project carried away by the USPs of the venture, we have had to learn one of the biggest lessons of life in possibly the hardest way. He is a man who has grown in age, but just hasn't grown enough in person.

He doesn't value his own word and make false promises time and again to the stakeholders is his life time achievement. Financial mismanagement is a very small word for a crook of Adi Reddy's stature. Such an idiot, doesn't mind spending money for all illegal and wrong reasons, but doesn't have a single rupee to invest on the venture. Has threatened us and forcibly collected the entire money, but doesn't have time and money left to spend on things he is supposed to as a builder.

After having successfully diverted our hard earned money to the venture in Bengaluru - Adis North Lake, he has been absconding for over 4 months now not responding to any of the stake holders nor paying amounts to the vendors to finish the works. We are stuck neck-deep and as responsible citizens are warning the prospective buyers to invest in any of this crooks ventures at your own risk.

Un-professional, incompetent, miss management, no quality and unethical are the best describe words for this builder. This guy Adi Reddy is really an extra burden on the earth now. He is behaving like an animal by threatening individual house holds and ladies in his un-finished apartment at Hyderabad. He wants to remove the reviews without completion of work. Guys whoever wants to buy house in his ongoing Bangalore project please visit the actual sight at Hyderabad and take your own decision.

Buying a house which you can call your own is a dream for many. Unfortunately for me and all others in Adi Emerald, Masid Banda, Hyderabad this has become a living nightmare. The builder has taken everyone's dream, wiped his rear and thrown it back on our face.

It has been some time since I have been staying here. What I've realised is that we need to keep begging the builder Mr.Adi Reddy for each pending task which was so proudly flaunted before selling the apartment.

He has now conveniently moved his base to Bangalore leaving us high and dry with a partially completed apartment.

A few of a very long list of pending items is the

1. 
   Second lift(Kone company lift was promised but the company which will be installed is a never heard before company)
   



2. 
   Main Overhead water tank: Still not functional.
   



3. 
   Parking: First of all there are not enough spaces available for all the residents. Secondly basement is still not complete.
   

These are some of the basic amenities which are pending. I'm not even considering add-ons like swimming pool, jogging track and many others.

Well, I could go on but this is just to caution others and perhaps help them not to commit the same mistake as we did. Just run for your life and peace of mind if you hear of any venture from Srinilaya/Adi Developers.

Adi Reddy, the builder and Alapatti Venkateshwara Rao, the landlord for Lahiri's Adi Emerald in Masjid Banda, Kondapur, Hyderabad are crooks of the first order. They have taken complete payment from most of the buyers but have not delivered 80% of the work also.

They armtwist buyers into paying the entire amount including amenities without even starting any amenities related work. There has been no significant progress on amenities for the past 1.5 yrs. The project has been in a very sad state for more than a year now and the builder and the landlord have absconded without finishing the project.

I have bought a flat in Adi Emerald Apartment which is in Masjidbanda, Kondapur, Hyderabad. which is one of the previous venture of Srinilaya Projects in 2012 and builder promised to give the complete flat and amenities by 2014 . The builder has not yet completed the amenities.

Builder started working now new person Venkat has taken over, seeing development now, builder has completed the works in adi emerald Grills fixed for Electrical Panel Board, Compound wall work completed, Lift headroom flooring completed, Staircase Plastering work Completed, Terrace Waterproof Work Completed, Security Room, 2Floors Corridor Marble Polishing completed & 3rd Floor polishing work is going on.

We trusted Adi Reddy, he came back but until these works are done, we will not be happy or satisfied.
