They provide transport from their maketing site office for the clients who go to visit the office. I heard they will provide shuttle service for the overall apartment and villa customers.

I was planning to buy a property from this builder, but looks like they are a big cheat. And I decided not to go with this builder and will not recommend any one buying from this builder.
I recently saw these videos in youtube and it is shocking...that they have encroached 4 acre of land illegally from a group of IT professionals who have spent their whole life savings to buy these plots. The 1st video shows that they are using their goons to encroach the land and threatening. The second video shows that a clip from News9 about the illegal land encroachment by Adarsh from a group of IT professionals. Man...I was really shcoked that these guys are involved in so many illegal things at the back end while they loot our hard earned money. They are using their muscle power and political power...

So please be careful while buying a property from this builder, as you may end up in a property which is illegal. No wonder why they have taken so many years in this project (Palm Retreat) to handover only 2-3 blocks as of now. I doubt their properties are clean...I also found plenty of information from net that they are encroaching the land illegally in and around Bangalore.
