They are not open about the extra charges that took place because of the changes in approved plan and extra works that was required, so I am sure that they overchaged us to quite a huge extent!

Their implementation is not as per the plan and we feel throughly cheated because they showed us grand designs and amenities, but we have not even got half of what we were shown.

Hence many of the developers have been graving problems.
