Project is delayed and no progress till now

Review On Acumen Leasing and Infraestate, Lucknow

SaiGreen City is already delayed for 1 year as on position date given. and we visited the location but farmers are still cultivating the crops and they are claiming they have not sold their land to anyone. Now Lucknow acumen is telling you can take back your money after deducting 15% of the paid amount.

As on agreement builder should pay to buyer in case of delay , but Management is telling it's delaying because of GOVT approvals so we are not liable to pay any penalty .

I don't know SaiGreenCity is really exist with valid documents.
