PLEASE BEWARE! The apartment might appear presentable at first glance, but unfortunately, retrieving your cash deposit or security deposit from them could be a HUGE hassle. The individual who is responsible for returning your deposit, Sukhmeet, has a reputation for being impolite and difficult to deal with. In most cases, he won't answer your calls, and when he does, he is likely to become very rude and angry if you ask for the return of your own money, which they have collected and retained.

I bought plot at Suriyanarayanagarden - Acehomesin Avadi is well developed layout. From the site visit to till the final registration process the way of handling was very good.Sales Team especially Legal Team coordination and clarified our Queries very well and including office Receptionist were friendly and helpful. Overall all good experience.

Number one fraud

Number one fraud takes money and does not give you. There is litigation on site. Whoever tries to buy be careful. Don't believe their staff too.The owner Satxxxx and their Manager Hxxx are number one frauds. It's up to you now. Don't go for construction with them they will put all 3 quality and price high. If you take a risk my best wishes
