It was a pleasure share my experience with Accurate  Developers for our 1st home purchase. They are good builders in Hyderabad. I booked a flat in Accurate Wind chimes, The Sales people are good and we felt comfortable and sharing everything to them and they helped me based on my financial constraint. The project is  luxury Homes with Child Focused home. I’m just waiting for them to finish my Dream Home to own it.

I would say do not go for them, they are very lenient in their work they do not completely satisfy their customers and they do not fully do what a customer has asked them to. My friend wanted a different design and he mentioned to them too, but they did not listen to him and made the usually designed house. Not so good customer service.

Staff member as they do not listen to their customer is obviously not that good in satisfying them.

I would say do not go for this group.

Right Place For Property Investment

Accurate Wind Chimes is a well located project as it is close to my office at financial district. I travelled from work to the site location and it only took me approx. 10 mins. What also impressed me is the pricing that fit into my budget. This was something that was a concern when I started looking out for an apartment in a gated community where a 2BHk apartment went beyond 65 Lakhs. Here I was able to get myself a spacious 2BHK at my budget. Besides I had a choice of sizes to choose from in the 2BHK which was difficult in other projects that I saw. A major advantage with this project is that it is a less crowded community with only about 580 apartments. One thing for sure residents won’t be fighting for water during summers and there will be no traffic jams at the exit while going to office. Over all with the facilities they are offering and the quality of finish I saw in their apartments was a lot better than some reputed builders I’ve seen in the past.

Thank you Accurate for giving us a good budget home.

This is Are you aware that when you book a home and take a home loan, you pay upto Rs. 10 lakhs over a two year time period as Pre EMI interest. Accurate developers not only pays interest on your home loan till the date of possession but also gives you the comfort that your home will be delivered on time. Any delay in possession affects the developer financially, as he will have to continue to pay interest till he deliveres possession.

Accurate wind builders is very good I thought this buliders is also same with no return policy or not yet finished work properly on time.

But I am wrong because they were very fast to hand over a property so quickly I am very happy accuraye wind chiles. Is very reasonable price also thank you

Visited the project recently. I liked the functional day care. It is located near Gachibowli and has a swimming pool, Clubhouse with sports facilities. The prices are reasonable. I like the project and the location. When we visited the entire team was welcoming and guided in a good manner. I am impressed by seeing the pool and amenities. I give thumsup to this project and the location too.

I had the onerous task of finding an apartment for my close friend in US returning to India. His priority was children's schooling. Looked up about 7 projects. Liked this one as it is very convenient on location with good schools like Oaskridge, DPS, Future Kids, Rockwell close by. The flats are ready to go-in and costing is competitive. My friend has not seen it physically but booked a flat as he wanted ready to move in flats. Good project, good amenities, nice response from sales team.

I recommend this project. Affordable, Larger Balconies, Adequate amenities. Must visit project. Their Cellar concept from Ground floor is good. Hospitality is good. Very reasonable rates. Their amenities part is designed nicely. I wanted to recommend this to my family and friends.

Close to the workplace so that I can take care and have a look at my children at my free hours at work. It's very close to my workplace. Away from pollution which will help my children grow in a good atmosphere. Away from the city but very close by to all the essential needs of daily uses. Children parks are the best thing to pass their time in this vacation season. Will always recommend to people who are in search of a flat with basic amenities and nature-oriented.

Dealing with them is good and genuine too. They support your requests at initial stage with warm welcome and do the needful according to our needs. The sales staff was really helpful while coordinating the whole process and I got easily loan and everything.

When I and my husband went to see Accurate Wind Chimes, I had no idea about it. But it was too good and we really liked it.

Children area is good and also we found very nice badminton and also fitness area.

We are happy that we found the corner flat with great ventilation and breeze.

From beginning to the end I found that the customer service is good and so it is satisfactory.

We would, of course, recommend it to others.

It is nearer to my kid's school and mine and my husband's office. I would say its worth your money
