At first when we are searching for a 3bhk flat, we came across Accurate wind chimes, Gachibowli. It is a spacious venture with 1bhk, 2bhk and 3bhk flats. If you are searching for the same, you are at the right place like me.
There was a reception at the entrance for pre-bookings with well maintained staff, greeted well and they were so courteous and explained each and every thing in detail. They explained each flat with dimensions, how it looks, facing and offered discount as an early bird offer for pre-bookings.
Staff and customer service:Customer service is appreciated all the times when we pre-booked the flat and left, they timely gave the satus update of the construction, everything in detail including the ceramic ware that is used in kitchen to the door quality, everything seems perfect with Accurate wind chimes.
Amenities: First of all they maintained greenery around, water supply is great, clean air and atmosphere, proper road maintenance with footpaths, a pleasant place for morning and evening walk, eateries with south indian and north indian cuisines, two Supermarkets at a stretch and even there is a temple inside the venture which they constructed at the beginning of the venture. Ambiance is best and it is very cool even if the temperatures touches 40 degrees. There is a swimming pool inside and a club house they started recently. Children loves to play in the play ground and there is a day care for babies. Proper security checks at entrances is one of main factor which I considered here. It is hard to get all these amenities at an affordable price.
Nearby: It is near to the highway and has the best connectivity to nearby schools, colleges, hospitals, companies and so forth. there is no need of a hurried life I guess.

Investment: We asked them how it goes as an investment, like how it grows in the next five or ten years, they said the rate gets doubled or trippled since they have seen how the transformation happened from the moment they started the venture and said it is one of best place to invest in hyderabad as this is going to give you unexpected returns.
I recommended to my friends and two of them purchased 2bhks in the next apartment. They were overwhelmed with the beautiful scenic view of the entire apartment view. Their kids and parents loved it. The best part is they got discount as I referred them.
