Review On Abisky Ritkriti, Pune

I have booked my flat 7yrs. back in "Suburbia Estate "at lonikand, pune. Till now I didn't get possession and any compensation. Builder is giving false promises since last 3yrs and not able to deliver possession at all. It leads to impact on quality of construction. Quality of work is very bad. At present only 10-15workers are working on site and with this work forse he is promising to deliver possession by Feb 2021, which is highly impossible. The builder never keep transparency, no communication, no responsiveness, no proper plan, having no funds to complete the project. Please think 10 times before investing in any project of this builder.
