Horrible customer service

Review On Abi Constructions, Chennai

I have been interacting with an Abi Estates Representative for some time.

1. Today he called and then asked me my name. What kind of customer service is that? One useless fellow. This after I bought an ABI Estate plot several years back.

   
   




2. Six months back he invited me to some event in Cosmopolitan Club. I go all the way from Anna Nagar to the place and there they tell me about dress code, and dont allow me in. This dress code should have been informed to me by this Abi Estates Representative in advance. He is a useless fellow.
