No growth in labour

In the run of multiple infrastructure projects which are executed in hand with other parallel projects, there is a serious shortage of labour. This ineffectively leads to delay in the final delivery of the projects. This also reflects in the pricing of the projects.

Lack of good construction experience

There have been several projects and typical land areas where the builders basically lacked poor construction experience. Many of the builders lack proper list of completed, ongoing and upcoming projects in their catalogue.

Long distance grocery

Grocery is not nearby. This increases time to commute between places and thereby rises concerns based around the same with respect to availability of local food ingredients from the vicinity. This needs to be taken care of.

Hike in charges as compared to initial quotation

When the builder pitches the specifications of the flat with the quotes and full-fledged price details, the buyer is convinced. This leads to the initial payment being submitted to the owner and turns out ot be the cause of general resentment only when it is understood that the problem is the builder increasing the rates after the token is paid.

ABCZ Buider is very well known at noida location and very much popular for selling flats at noida location in sector 124. Recently my friend buy a one bhk flat and possesion permitted to him before six months. He and his family was very happy after getting the flat. The flat cost is about 17 lac at sector 124 and very much attractive view of the site. They are happy by the response from the builder. Builder gave them very genuine cooperation for granted loan amount from the nationalize bank. I like the service of builder.
