Aastha group providing all the facilities. It is a good place to stay. But other are also providing those facilities, there is nothing which we can say that this is extra or special which aastha group providing. There is nothing negative, you can happily spend your life in aastha groups homes. Personally I need something different or extra not the average life with average facilities. Its a budget freindly property, a middlde class family can easily opt it.
