No Finishing, Not have good Management Staff

Flat Locations are good but there is no finishing in the flats and the sales management team and their staff are not co-operative. after getting the money, they will not listen to your problems. They have resource issues so they will not complete the work in time and just because of their issue they will not handover all documents until you'll not pay 1 yr maintenance charges. it doesn't matter that work is completed or not. They just want money, don't bother about the work. Highly disappointed.

I don't recommend this property to purchase. For rental its good.
