We were looking out for a good property in and around Tellapur. Where in we have visited almost 10-15 properties but didn’t like any of those due to various reasons ( over priced, Poor approach road, Vastu non compliance, locality etc. )
Finally after a long search have visited Aakrithi ARV Viva in Sep 2020. When we researched about the property we found mixed reviews. But we went ahead because of Pros mentioned later in this review.
I would like to comment on the management of Aakriti Construction first and then with review on property
Firstly I would like to appreciate the marketing folks Mr Masood and Mr. Manoj. They were very polite, friendly. They took us through the property and have clearly explained the standard offerings from management and helped us a lot throughout this journey
Post which we decided to go ahead with the property purchase. Wherein we were struck with the Home Loan process due to some internal issues. Wherein Mr. Madhav has supported a lot, gave us confidence and guided us to the correct people where in our loan got approved. Even though there were some hickups but at the end we were fully satisfied.
The property was 70% completed and we decided to get that completed through an external architect who was also our interior designer, we decided to go ahead with this approach as we have decided to go ahead with premium flooring, doors and certain internal civil modification. For which we have approached the CRM Head Mr. Venkat who helped us to seek approval from management within a quick time and also helped us for handover of material as per standard offering from M/ Aakriti. A special thanks to Mrs. Shruthi who understood our expectation and helped to get approvals immediately.
Pro’s:
The property is at prime location and accessible to Hitech City, major schools ( Birla Open Minds, Gaudium etc. )
The property is very much Vastu Compliant ( primary reason to go ahead with this property) when compared to other properties in and around.
Very much affordable when compared to properties near by.
Greenery and open space within the property.
Wide internal roads.
Con’s:
Bad road for a stretch of 500 meters while coming from Gopanpally- Tellapur road. Hope this road shall be laid within a year.
I know there is a delay in project completion but it didn’t effect us as we have finalised this after 70% completion of project.
Im very much satisfied and thanks a lot to management of Aakriti for providing us with our DREAM HOME.
