Giving even a single star is too much to these frauds. They take money from innocent buyers and use your hard earned money in buying other lands rather than building home for which they have taken money from customer. Never imagined that hemant soni could be so big cheater. They should be behind the bars.

Aakriti never sticks to the commitments, never trust the brochure, their commitments are fake, all their projects are running late, for commercial premises they demand 50 percent in black. Be careful with this company.

I know plenty of people who are still waiting to get the delivery of their houses from the builder, The builder does not give a damn and does not even gives a explanation. My recommendation is only buy a completed flat with this builder never buy a under construction flat or Plot with this builder.

One of my relative had bad experience with this company. If you are in Bhopal and invested in Aakriti Dwellings Pvt Ltd you need to be aware of their cheating practices.

They sold plot/farms of 10, 000/20000 sq ft including road 1500 sq ft and on registry they show only less 1500 sq ft. They charge full money but give you ownership of less. They change wordings in regisrty from "including" to "excluding" and grabbing money. Also they add many unacceptable conditions in regisrty not written in agreement.

Also they show less money on registry then what you have paid.They play lot of games and harrass people.
