I lestern from my cousin about vertex. they suggested me to take a apartment in vertex because I was searching for a perfect apartment which should have all types of facility like water, full security for safety, friendly atmosphere, and fully safed for and sacured for family because I always stay in my business and my family will stay alone so its better to check all facilities and security so they dont get any problem so I can do my work tension free., n now im so glad after seeing, waht I listened its morethan that,

Friendly natures of all members who staying in vertex. Before where I was staying other place everyday I get problems and family of many things and now I can my choice was perfect and im thankfull to my cousins for this awesome place thank you so much. happpy customer

This estabilished by vertex varma.It located in Nizampet village.in the year 2002 or 2003 around.Its a private limited company .This company providing reasinable rates for apartments.So middle class can approach here.In nizampet maximum lands belongs to vertex company.so sggested company in nizampet kukatpally.

I live in a Vertex Building and for the look of it , it has been ages since its developed and has become very old and they are not renovating and it used to be soo good to live in previously but now its changed drastically and I wish the environment is like before .There are no facilities too and there is generator only for the lifts and thats so pathetic

Hi friends the vertex has taking a major steps in the construction feeld at the same time the company has getting lose on fates kept on the vertex group as one of our friend has also sead about this the company has charging a heavy cost interapted prices on the customers as slite example the charge of the construction is 100 they charges as heavy of 3 times a invest ment charges and the customers will luse entire fate on the vertex if they has continue this still forther and I accepte they has a good external look which attracts all of use guyes this is your chose

Yes it's high turnaround but if they can't cut it, cut them.

I came to know to about vertex group through my friend presently living at nizampet in vertex homes. I was impressed on seeing the construction of their apartment. Nicely build in good environment with parking palce for each flat, a garden infront of the apartment, children play ground.

Apartment was 24×7 monitered by security staff and cc cameras and fully bounded by electrical fence. Constant surveillance of the apartment based on people's complaint every month is also there.

I even visited the other constructions by this group, they are very good. Based on customers demand they have constructed 2, 3, 4 and even 5 bedroom flats( in vertex previlage) at a reasonable rates.

Overall, they are one of the finest builders in India. I would recommend these apartments if you stay in hyderabad.

I heard vertex panache is a good product for first home buyers and investors. It has multiple options to choose. It has sizes 1270sft, 1480sft, 1940 sft

They have proved there caliber since 24 years, I wish all the success in the ongoing and upcoming projects. I came to know that the Vertex is planning to launch 1 project in Hydernagar 1 at Nalagandla and 1 at Vijayawada.

Vertex Panache is one of the projects by Vertex at Kokapet, near to financial district, adjacent to ORR, which is going to be ready by Feb 2018. I have been there and noticed that 80% of work already completed and the internal works are in progress.

Moreover, I have seen the prices of the competitors are at higher side than Vertex, For Example, one of the projects is selling at Rs, 4800 Per Set, where Vertex Panache is selling at Rs.4299/- very competitive price. I suggest this is the right time to buy a Flat in Vertex Panache if they launching Phase 2 there prices will definitely have a raise.
