Planning to buyba flat with VGN.but doubtful about the completion of all amendities mentioned e.g. club house with swimming pool, cinema suits, sewage treatment plant, EB etc. Doubt arised looking at other project in ambattur etc where even after 5yrs of booking the flat, people could not utilize all the amendities which was promised before. Kindly share ur experience guys.

Welcome to VGN's world. I am an aggrieved customer of VGN Platina. Yes , your concerns are valid and the builder would not fail to impress you the wrong way. He promises plethora of amenities and gives you just the bare shell to live. You have to...literally fight with their managers to get the job done. Since you would be made to focus on delivery of your flat, the amenities would automatically take a back seat. We had an experience of a hell , in which we staged dharna in VGN office to get the flats delivered which was nothing but sub standard. He misquotes on STP, WTP and makes the association a scapegoat. Sorry if I am scaring you, but this is reality with this reputed builder. I fell for the name and later realised that there was no value for money. Read More
