I had booked a flat in RPS Savana in 2007 but till date builder has not given possession inspite of paying 80% money. Builder is also not giving penalty compensation. Is this company a fraud company. Me too suffering same as your complaint. I also booked 1 office space in 2010 on Faridabad NH2 but still waiting for possession I already given 85 percent of payment and same as you builder is not giving penalty compensation.

Positively without doubts it is known fact that this builder is fraud. Illeterate people with poor sence of business but minting money by forcibly extracting money from customers on flimsy grounds. Such Gundas should be kept behind bars.
