ASSET Lineage is a wonderful project of ASSET HOMES. in the heart of Trivandrum city. As an apartment owner, what impressed us most was that the project schedules were met, there were no delays, in project handover.

Like us, our friends and relatives who have called on us are impressed by the quality of work and the overall finish.The interiors of our apartment too were done by ASSET.

And ASSET HOMES,  has demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction when they took care of maintenance and upkeep of the property  for an extra period over the obligatory  period.

What impressed us as  exemplary  is that despite  2 years since handover, for any maintenance issue, however big or small,  prompt service support is extended .

Further,  as I was an office bearer of the residents association, I can with confidence state that general issues that were highlighted to ASSET by the ASSOCIATION were resolved in a timely and professional manner.

We are delighted at that ASSET HOMES has delivered us  a beautiful address in ASSET LINEAGE-Sasthamangalam.

Long time before I might to buy an apartment in TVM, then I ask my friends and colleagues they reply me "Asset is Best". After that I buy an apartment in Asset Lineage in Sasthamangalam, it's really wonderful. They keeps all kind of responsibilities while constructing a residential complex in prime localities. In my opinion, Lineage is one of the best option for better investmentand it offers easy access to TVM city by road. Good customer support, modern amenities and spacious bedrooms are the heighlights in here. Water/ current/ gas and broadband are available in the best manner. Thank you team Asset for your services, it's really help me lot.

Very bad quality construction and equally bad customer service. I made big mistake investing in this property. Will not recommend Asset Homes and repeat my mistake.

They show enthusiasm only to sell their property after that you are treated like dirt. The sizes of rooms are small and not as per plan on brochure. So please see it to believe it and never invest in Asset homes based on their marketing gimmick and brochures.
