It is truly a proud moment for Gaurang Doshi, one of Bollywood’s maverick producers, to announce his newly formed production house – Gaurang Doshi Productions – having himself produced Bollywood blockbusters like Aankhen, Deewar – Let’s bring our heroes home and Sandstorm in the past creating a reel of Bollywood classics. Along with such vivid creations, the producer’s films have also bagged 4 Limca Book records for its creative superiority and excellence.
Working with popular stars in movies like Beta and Dil at a young age of 16, alongside his father Mr. Vinod Doshi, Gaurang Doshi carved his way to success with sheer hard work and determination. Although hailing from a family of producers and directors, Gaurang Doshi set foot in the industry with no backing but just a bigger dream of starting his own production house and making a mark in the Indian Film Industry. With his hard work and zeal to stand out, Gaurang Doshi founded his production house VR Productions later producing under his name(Gaurang Doshi) conceiving Aankhen as his first ever script and the vision to cast Bollywood’s Shahenshah Amitabh Bachchan in the lead.
Aankhen, not just gained national success but also received great glorifications internationally becoming the first ever Bollywood movie to receive Hollywood’s bids for its movie rights. A true visionary, Gaurang Doshi with his able leadership, later went on to create another blockbuster hit like ‘Deewar – Let’s Bring Our Heroes Home’, marking his place as one of the elite producers of Bollywood.
Gaurang Doshi Productions, today, stands proudly with a revamped look and a logo that speaks the struggles and the longstanding philosophy of ‘Veni Vidi Vici’ that highlight the struggles that Gaurang Doshi has overcome in his life.
