Suzuki Swish 125

Got the bike 5 months back. Initially, I was on could 9 for purchasing a bike for entire family use... After few days my problems started. The bike doesn't start up with button start in the morning, you need to kick start it first. Then there comes some strange sounds from the bike while riding that no one was able to rectify (2 services done). Bike hardly gives you 40-41 Avg per litre. Now the best part. Bike stops during riding and never starts again.

Mind you this happens in just 5 months of my purchase. I take it to the services station they say its a Carburettor Problem. Its  a clutch wire problem. Its a compressor problem. Entire parts of Swish are having a Problem. My God, I want to get rid of this and I pity myself for buying it.

Please guys stay away from it.

Unlike its opponents(110-110cc) in the market which suffer the power to carry 2 riders in bumpy or hilly Indian roads, the swish does it with a ease, its got an awesome power. But a trade off to mileage which is what much of the riders expect from their vehicle. The maximum mileage is 40(C) or 42(H) kmpl to that of 45 promised by the dealer, which is not of much importance to me after all those 100 cc vehicles also offer the same mileage.

The only thing I fear is the tube tires, which may be prone to puncture.

Honestly not experienced with the Authorized service personnel, because mine is still a new one, hope I come back with a positive review.

I bought it 1 week before , amazing vehicle . I think best in all two wheeler for girls I liked its Pickup and smoothness, I did test drive of Activa , Dio, Wego, Mastro as well. In all, Activa was so bakwas bike for girls . It is very heavy and I faced difficulty in turning the handle. Swish I like very much. I booked blue and black color this is something unique combination of colors which swish is having .

Very comfortable in driving huge leg space , Good for tall people as well I would suggest to buy this because my requirement was good pick-up and should be light weight, Its 5 KG lighter than Access and have all feature of access with new look. First time, I am writing review because I am so happy to get this type of vehicle. Mileage is 55 to 60 KM. I drove it around 60 KM and it consumed 1 Ltr petrol.

Really good scooty when petrol prices increases day by day.

I bought Suzuki Swish -125 CC 3 months before and it was fine(few minor issues) from J.A.V Motors, Adyar, Chennai. The Swish is comfortable and lighter than Suzuki Access(5kg less) but the fuel economy is not satisfactory(35-40km at the max) considering the current petrol price(I heard its the same with Suzuki Access). The scooter was comfortable till my first service as the problems starting creeping up since the first service. The scooter goes off quite often even after running for 5Km(continous) from the very next day of the first service.When contacted the Service Center, poor and pathetic response. J.A.V Motors Showroom is rude and impolite to its customers.

I wish they to be understanding and more friendly to the people. I request them to understand that we are their customers and not beggers. On service, I requested for tightening the brakes, Headights to focus on road(even on dim light it focus somewhere top), Horn sounds are below average but the buzzer sound is very high, The scooter handles shakes on the speed of 50Km, and also it has got balancing issues. So I requested to correct them but to my surprise they corrected none instead took Rs.800/- on a free service(Oil change - Rs.500 & Teflon coating - Rs.300) and corrected none of the issues reported instead I started to get new issues since the first service.

I am very much disappointed with the service of J.A.V Suzuki Motors, near Fortis Hospital, Adayar Bridge Road, Adayar, Chennai
