Honda CB Hornet 160R CBS

Bought Honda Hornet 160 R since I have used Hero Honda CD 100 and Honda Activa and was very happy with the performance. When I went to book the bike showroom people told to go with CBS braking system for an additional 9K. So I spent a total of 1 Lakh for the bike. Initially everything was going fine I was so happy with the performance and mileage(around 50 km/ L). But then I met with an accident bike skid after on loose soil on the road, after the accident also brakes were fine. I gave my bike for service claiming insurance. It took around 1 month time for service, but after the service the braking efficiency deteriorated and when I complained with service centre they told brake cannot be tightened. I took by mike to another Honda service centre and local mechanics, everyone told the same. My 18 year old CD 100 is having a better breaking than Hornet with CBS. I even changed the disc pads but result is same. Dear Honda if a motorcycle break cannot be fixed then on what basis are you selling this to a customer, such a pathetic experience. Is CBS a test product or proven technology?. Very disappointed with Honda. Other problems are gear getting stuck on neutral while riding, petrol tank bolts are rusting.

I don't know why Honda has did this, they used the worst parts in it, every 10000-kms we should change the Chain-Sprocket. After one year Silencer & Rear Suspension has gone, it doesn't have Aerodynamics, And it is not a Racing-bike, Yamaha FZ 150cc Bike is beating this bike very easily. There is no Pickup in it. Mainly Braking is very worst in it, If you applying braking, it will skid and lead us to fall down.

Hello friends.The Honda hornet bike I was bought for my friend.this bike look like sporty and deshing design, the front desigh looks like a bull and a very creative design, back light is just awesom, sitting arrangement is very comfortable, 2 persons can easily seat and enjoy the drive, in case of mileage this is little poor but overall review recommend for this bike is a better bike for a sporty man.Thanks.

The milage is very good and the beautiful design of this bike is very attractive.the bike is very fast speed and the red bold colour that is given to this bike is very good. Tyre is having a nice grip and the parts of tyres and some other parts I think that they are made from teflon metal.

It is good choice for teenagers under 1 lakh rupees.

Its design and aerodynamic shape was awesome.

Braking and performance of the bike was extraordinary.The only drawback of the bike was its supension was little disapointing.Therfore I suggest that it is most suitable for teenagers.

Its mileage is better than its competitors.

Main advantage of the bike is about its shape, it has a very good aerodynamic and so stylish.

The Honda CB Hornet 160R is very powerfull and much comfortable bike and very good handling capacity on highways and also pickup is very good and more better than others bike. Mileage is good almost 50-55 km/Litre. This bike is wonderful bike. This bike gives the maximum output power. It is more Stylish and comfort bike in this era.

I used this bike since 4 months, its a good experience for me to ride on the bike. Its tyres is so unique and grippy that support the balance of individual as well as co-individual.

As I say earlier about tyres that I nice grip but avoid breaking on oily surface, its disbalance you.

Honda CB Hornet 160R is a wonderful partner for long drive. Its attractive design pull the customers to buy and use it for their long and short travels. Its wide tyre in back side helps the rider to smoothen the travel in highways. Its comfortable seating capacity and its compression help the rider to travel with no tension in free mind.

The major reasons to attract the travellors are at firs its stylish design from its front wheel to back wheel including its different beautiful tank designs, meters and its seats and another reason is its efficiency in mileage getting minimum 55km/litre.

Honda Hornet 160 and Bike My Dream Bike. When I used to use the Hero Deluxe Bike in the past, I got a piece of news that the Honda 160 cc bike is coming to Bangladesh and its name is Hornet. As soon as I got this news, I watched the reviews online and tried to find good things. I did not understand that when Hornet occupied a large part of my mind to find out this good evil. Bike Likes, Designs, Reviews, Everything I bought for consideration, Honda Hornet and I had a different tension towards the 160 cc bike.

From today, I bought the bike from Mithun Honda at Banshwar in Rajshahi about 1.5 months ago. Since my dream bike is so I try to keep the bike very carefully. Another thing is that I learn to drive the first bikes in my life with Dayung 80 cc, and since then the days of addiction to the bike are increasing day by day. Share today I have some experience with Honda Hornet.

Honda did not achieve its popularity as they have satisfied customers with good products with their product and have made a good place in the local market. Honda does not compromise on behalf of the engine. The Honda Hornet engine seems to be very smoother than I have ever started and it seems that the warmer it is, the smoother it is. Engage the word in the mind of the engine. I got the speed of this engine 110 km per hour. It was wrong to say the top thing was more pickup in hand but did not try the road bad.

Now, with the design, at first, I have said that its design fascinated me. Looking at the front side from the sitting position, it seems that a monster and its body kit may have muscular feelings. On the other hand, 160 cc existing in Bangladesh, its X Shape Tail Lamp is very attractive from other bikes and I think there are a no more attractive tail lamp and no other bikes than this.

At first, the seating position seemed a bit high then I adjusted the suspension and the seating position is now okay. I did not feel any tiredness or bad running on a long drive. Many people think that riding his bike a long time, back pain or wrinkle pain, but I do not feel like this in my sonic bikes. In the words of comfort, the bike seems to be the best bike for me.

I liked it very well in the direction of control. I can control very well under any circumstances. Especially Honda improved breaking helps me a lot. With the speed of the bike, the braking system is also much improved. Because of the speed, I can control, I can control it very well.

On the other hand, having a psychoanalytic suspension, the Highway or any bad street gets a very nice balance which gives me the right control. I can do the confidence with the thick tires because of it. Bike thick tires give me very good control and there are many good gripping in the rainy roads. I noticed a thing that the bike suspension looks comfortable for Ryder but the Lillian is not comfortable for it. Lillian does not feel comfortable on a bad or extra-broken street and cannot be sitting for long periods for shaking.

One of the only things I got in electrical issues is that its headlamp light. The headlamp's light does not give too much light on the highway and cannot ride with confidence for less light on the headlamp while riding in more speed.

When I saw the bike, I saw several online websites before that the moral mileage company of the Hornet claims 50 km per hour but I am getting a mileage of 40 km a little more. Since 160 cc engine is a powerful engine, so mileage can be observed. I'm not unhappy with the mileage.

I went to Mithun for servicing in Hondo but their service environment did not look good to me because they did not provide services like this and apply for tips only before starting the service. I will tell Mithun Honda's proprietor that they should improve their service quality and arrange that they want to go back once more.

When the bike first came to Bangladesh, I thought that the price would be more than 3 lakhs but Honda Bangladesh Private Limited gave a surprise to the people of Bangladesh. According to the features of the price, the perfect fit. There is no complaint about my price.

I was talking about Honda Hornet's good bad times, but now what I'm going to say is very important and I think the company should take care of all these things.

Firstly the headlamp should be improved further.

The suspension of the two is not comfortable for the Pillions, so this should be taken in a little time.

Thirdly, the engine is not a key switch, which makes it harder for me to turn off on the key.

These three problems hope to take Honda and try to solve. If you change the bike in the future then you will definitely buy the Honda CBR Repsol Bike.

Honda hornet

Its one the best option for buying a bike within one lakhs indian rupees.It is a user friendly bike and is made for both offroads and and highways. Highway is the better place to ride over. It gives us a awesome mileage of 50 km/l And the honda company also gives a great look through this bike. It has a powerful engine .it has single silencer and a pleasant sound.The rear wheel of this bike is very thick which is very much profitable for stunts as it allows us to do drifting.It has an excellent concept of braking system.And the rear backlight of this is also made with a special design which is shaped like X ( english alphabet) .The honda company provided this bike with 5 colours.The honda company used alloy wheels and tubeless tyres to make this bike a better one.This bike has been sold in maximum numbers during this year and the consumers are happy with the features and performance of this bike.It actual price is RS-83000 and on road it would be near bout one lakh indian rupees. It is a wonderful bike at such rate.

Honda Hornet is a 160cc bike which comes with features like dual disc brakes and CBS. Its build is raw and muscular. It has smooth ride comfort. Braking quality is superb. Its acceleration is quite good. But changes need to be done on handling. Driving through rough roads it remains stable. Compared to other 160cc segments its remains on top.

The bike comes with the 160cc engine produces very good power which you can feel on the highway .the bike produces a very good mileage of course I say because the bike is of Honda.

the bike has a disk break in the front wheel and also at back, I think. I say I think I am not sure about it.

This bike has its advantages, you get to learn from others. Following are the features

Looks. It matters.

Option of rear disc and CBS.

Milage. I get around 48-53kmpl range.

Honda's reliability.

Honda's widespread service network.

Comfortable pillion seat.

Wider round profile tyres.

Smooth and quite long stroke engine, smooth gear box, light clutch.

Honda's engine has good speed range. No hassle of changing gears in traffic.

Higher top speed. Good availability of torque in mid and high rev range.

Rear set foot pegs. Seating is somewhere middle of sporty and up-straight but not at uncomfortable.

Beautiful saree guard.(Don't know how much you would care about it.)

Drawbacks:

Bit costly.

Little less torque in low rev range. Not easily noticeable.

Tough I have stated that gear box is smooth, it tends to go in neutral while shifting from first gear to second. May be problem with my driving skills or with only my bike. Can be avoided by shifting the pedal with little extra force.

No engine kill switch.(Not a deal breaker.)

What I would expect if Honda wants to add few things for some more price(These are just make it perfect for me. Not that all everyone would need) -

The Honda CB Hornet 160R performance is like as CB Unicorn 160 but  CB Hornet 160R looks very sporty & the riding conformable is very nice. I like this bike very much.

Initially the mileage was too good that is approx 50 to 52 Km/L but after 1 year 3 month mileage decreases. Now it is 45 to 46 Km/L.

There is no engine kill switch.

I just wondered, it was a beautiful experience to rode my Hornet through cities as well as in rural areas .It is very comfirtable for long trip journeys .Hornet also maintained with an comfort mile and its control was just amazing .

?CBS ( Combi Brake System) - when you apply rear

brake front tyre also get stopped.
