Cbz 2007 model red xtreme....I am a second owner f this bike I bought it in 2011 when the km is 28k from my friend..now km is 84k..
In performance ..it gives the same performance when I bought .it never changed performance..I always ride abow 5k rpm even in city also..(5k -65km in top gear)usually I change gear 1st and 2nd in 3k and3, 4 , 5, in 5k above ..when I bought it gives 45-47kpl and now it is only 42-45kmpl in Highways...
Butin city it is now and then.37-38 kmpl.
When we throttle 7k- 8k rpm...84-93km/h...milage is droped to32 kmpl...
For long drive about 75km travel..heating problems start which means heat radiation in legs..and slight power drop..
I touched 115- 117 km/hr(top speed) above 50 times.
And after 2015 ( 5years of my use) my driving style changed ...now I usually ride avarage 70km/hr in Village area and 85km/hr in highways ..then also it never changed performance.....but slight gear slips or false neutral
Replacements..
Engine top plastic cover 3 time due to leakage
Chain soket - 3 times
Clutch 2 times
Clutch bearing 3 time
Carbarator 1 time ..
Suspension rear 2 times front supsension oil ring 4 times ....battery 2 time.
Petrol tank welded and painted once
Gear liver change once
Odometer cable and pinion 3 times
My major crashes are 3 and all are alone all are 60 above speed ...Handlebar 2 time crashed and changed. And viser 3 time changed but body have only small scratches and now also it is in there.crash gaurd and foot pedals saves from major scratches.(I always wear helmet and half finger gloves)
Tyres mrf sapper front and Michelin back (changed 3 times)
Every 3500km.. oil change ... oil filter every 3 service ...spark plug and air filter in every 20ks (never used air filters like k&n etc)
Parts are easy getting ..plastic parts are cheap and good..but vinyl and stickers are costly. Metal parts are managable
Compared to unicorn it is more sporty and riding comfort is good as unicorn..chain and socket change is very low in cbz than unicorn . above 70km/h we feel vibration... and when it touched 80 km/h vibrate alot..
OverallI love my bike..it never traps or cheat me In any trouble conditions... The reliability of engine is very high...about 12 years below 5% power reduction happened...I never touch or change the engine side at all....
I ride 2012cbz models 2015 cbzmodels(150cc) but in comfort and reliability..cbz 2007 is better. ..and I own pulser 200cc ..2012 model
in 2015 as second hand after 1 and half years I sell it .. and pulser can't beats cbz 's reliability ..and maintenance cost and pulser only gives me pleasure of speed but a dirty back pain also....
Now for more power I am planning to buy CBr 250r or Duke rc 200 but I never sell this bike...
in Sha alla I will be the owner till it's last breath or my last breath..
