He think he has invented an amazing product and was eager to keep the phone down. If they behave like this now how will the product support will be. I can imagine it. Hi I wanted to purchase a RO for my house. Hence I started the research. I short listed some products. 1) Eureka 2) Pure IT 3) Kent 4) ZeroB 5) Aqua Tech RO - I didnt read about these guys. Since our falt is a new flat a sales p... Hi I wanted to purchase a RO for my house. Hence I started the research. I short listed some products. 1) Eureka 2) Pure IT 3) Kent 4) ZeroB 5) Aqua Tech RO - I didnt read about these guys. Since our falt is a new flat a sales person came directly to the house and I got all the details from him. After which I booked a demo in Eureka. One person called me and he asked me shall I send the sales person on the same day. Even I accepted. Another guy called me and asked shall I come and demo and shall we book the prodcut today. I didnt even know how the product is and this guy started about booking a product. I told him clearly that I am getting the details about all RO manufactures and I will book one of them. The guy then started saying that I am coming from Anna nagar, meaning that he has to travel far to come and show a demo. And I told him that I cannot buy Eureka just for you travelling long distance. And then he said that I can get the details about all RO plants in website and then later asked me to call about that product so that he can come and show the demo and book the product. He was always concerned about me buying Eureka. Not in this manner Eureka should purchase customers. I didnt get the name of the person who called me, but I got his number from received calls which is 9786418876 or 9884085884. If the persons talks are like this before buying the product how is it gonna be after buying it????? Now I need to enquire about others. Will update. Read More
