After reading many reviews and customer frustration of poor quality product from Yebhi. I did some analysis and found below could be possible reason for poor quality products.
Try 'n' buy - product gets damaged in transit if rejected
100 day return policy - Customer may return a product after use. (if you have any order, call Yebhi customer care and they will be ready accept return although you say it’s used by you, I have experimented this)
Tough competition – Online B2C business is rapidly growing and new start-ups are tough competition to Yebhi.
Cost of Marketing – Day by day they started to market Yebhi heavily and it affected profit lines.
Offering cheap product – This lead them to buy from poor quality vendors (whose product were on sell on roads earlier)
Poor expertise in Quality Check Department – Quality check department lacks expertise and leadership in identifying poor quality
