Very terrible experience with this uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam, I am from Uttar Pradesh Varanasi I would like to tell you about my experience on Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam.
It is just like a IRCTC here we have government bus system which is known as Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam it's official website is upsrtc.com here you will come to know about various fare and you will be able to book bus tickets as well.
Now taking to you my personal experience on this uttar Pradesh Parivahan. Last month I used to go BHU just to purchase some medicines so I used to prefer Uttar Pradesh bus system because it's fare is quite cheap as compared to auto and many private buses.
Yes I have a figure as well if we go from Pandey Pur to BHU we have to change our vehicle two times firstly we have to go to cantt station then from there we have to go to BHU.
So if we prefer private vehicles then we will have to give 60 to 80 rupee for one way.
But if we will prefer Uttar Pradesh Parivahan system that is government bus then we have to give only 40 rupees and yes it is really very cheap and very comfortable.
But what happened with me is that one day I was travelling, conductor asked me for fare to pay, yes I given him 40 rupees but he didn't given me the bill and he told me that his machine operator is not working he will give me after few minutes.
As I was moving to BHU suddenly some inspection members came inside the bus and start checking the machine which is used by the conductor to give tickets I was the only one having not any tickets but I have given the money to conductor.
Inspection members asked him that this passenger is not having ticket how he is sitting here. I thought conductor will take my favour but that was unexpectable response from conductor. Conductor was started saying that I don't know this man when he came in this bus and yes he has not given any money. So I was caught by inspection members and they have given me penalty recept of 500 rupees and yes no one was in favour with me because no one was knowing about what happened with me and the conductors regarding bill.
Now guys I would like to tell you that why conductor was not given me bill what is the reason behind this, the actual reason behind not giving bill is that the money which we give to conductor without taking reciept in return that money goes to his pocket not its in government pocket or savings you can say. In this way most of the conductor of Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam used to do the same thing again and again.
I told my whole story to inspection members and they trusted me but they said that you don't have any proof so you have to pay the penalty.
All I want to say that if you are travelling especially in Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam then please do prefer to take the bill because I don't want you people to get trapped like me.
All this I have told to you guys because many of the people from the Different cities used to come to Varanasi For tuourism purpose and they prefer to travel through bus, so I thought not to keep my mouth shut here on Uttar Pradesh Parivahan Nigam.
