I read this on a website and found it extremely funny at first but then I realized its pretty intellectual too, in fact I can extend it to many things according to the present situation.
Like, every frustrated IT guy who goes on a trek is not a nature lover, everyone who is praying in front of the almighty is not a good person, every one who spend their weekends shopping and "hanging" out are not cool! Fair doesn't necessarily mean beautiful, so on and so forth..
Today people can go to the moon and come back, but still girls are killed even before they are born! Communication is not a problem at all but still people believe that their kids don't have the right to marry someone they wish!
Sometimes I wonder as to where we are heading? Where is this world going? Are we capable of being immortal? will it happen one day? Or will it all come to an end sooner or later..
Coming back, I don't understand as to why we are so prone to believing everything that is said to us, There is a lot of information out there, most of the times its misinformation! Like the various fairness brands and the low fat biscuits that people fall far are as true as our politicians standing up against corruption!
I wish I could feel the first few rain drops, the wind blowing in my face, watch the butterflies flying around the flowers, sleep in my mom's lap, but I am helpless as I am a slave of modernity!
