Guys i would better recommend to donate you car or donate it to someone than to sell it to them. Most unprofessional service. In literal terms u can call them burgular performing broad daylight burglary. In oct 2024 i got my SUV 2015 make 72k driven evaluated and was quoted 3.3 lakhs.I obviously found it low at did not sell it. Come April 2025 I was in need of cash n was thinking to sell it for 3.3 lakhs and called them n they wanted to conduct an inspection again. My car hardly moved 500 kms since Oct as my wife was bedridden n since I wasn't using it i thought to sell it. Within a span of 6 months the quote feel to 1.8 lakhs for a car in brilliant condition per them and I was literally shocked. I got a call with the offered price and I said I am not interested to sell at this price but the lady had the audacity to ask me questions like it's a good price you won't get it anywhere aand why are you not wanting to sell your should sell etc etc. Guys please check their website itself for a 2015 72k suv 2nd owner they are quoting anywhere between 5.5 to 6.5 lakhs . Imagine the profit per car they want to make on the customers hard earned money2.5 to 3 times of the purchase price). There are no morals or ethics for such companies. Better to go to a local dealer than selling it to them. These companies are just like crooks in the business
