My experience with NoBroker interior services, especially the Noida office team, was highly disappointing and unprofessional. Initially, they lure customers by offering a quotation that is much lower than market rates to make you choose them over others. However, once you are onboarded and the booking amount is paid, they hike the quotation by 30-40%, leaving you with no option but to either pay up or lose your booking amount.
Milan Saxena and Piyush Sharma from the Noida office were involved in my case, and after the quotation was hiked, they stopped responding to calls and messages. There is no proper communication, no refund of the booking amount, and no resolution from their end.
This feels like a deliberate strategy to trap customers. I strongly urge everyone to be cautious before dealing with NoBroker interior services. Get everything in writing and don’t fall for their initial low-price bait.
