nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
Dont ever take their money back plans. Its just a trap to lure innocent and gullible customers . They will charge heavily(8000 plus taxes) . they will show you some unwanted properties and aftersome time just say that your plan is over before you can finalise anything . They will also try to sell some nobroker specifc charges(wherein you have to pay half rent as brokerage) even after taking the costliest plan . They will even give you false meeting schedules and call you to some remote place when either the owner is not available or the nobroker representative wont come because it is raining. pathetic to the core. after some days of tramatising you one fine day they will say your plan is over. When you will ask them you have taken money back plan, they will cook up some other stories like you have to show rent agrement of some other houses which is not listed in nobroker. Oh come on, cheaters we could not even finalise the house after paying you so hefty amount. The no broker owner wants to venture into diverse portfolio but the way it is trying to make money by cheating is not sustainable. somebody needs to sue them
