Used no broker legal services for khata transper, bescon transfer and property tax name change for 2 properties. The service has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite taking almost 19 months no service has been completed, they charge overpriced services and try to scam you for more money. No broker team Mr. Gujja aravind has tried to sell me an additional property tax assessment of 10k per house which was unnecessary as it is automatically calculated while paying on the property tax website.
Despite 6 relationship managers including srikant and charan and and apparent senior varun there has been no resolution, Please stay far far away from these serives it is nothing short of a scam.
