MakeMyTrip Cares

MakeMyTrip is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.

At the time of making the payment for a new booking MMT website does not give option to utilise my existing wallet balance. Directs me to a fresh payment.

The customer care is unresponsive and one gets automated voicemail and there is nowhere to interact with the company representative.
