FRAUD TRAVELLING COMPANY LOOTS CUSTOMER. Review on Makemytrip

I had done Volvo Bus Booking with your app with company called Inter city Smart City in Feb 2025 for 17 Feb - 18 Feb Prayagraj to Delhi Journey and paid 6000 for 3 tickets . I have travelled with numerous Volvo companies earlier but this fraudulent company Inter city Smart City Bus which I have trusted because of your app got cheated as on the day of travelling company provided landline number instead of Bus drivers personal number so when I tried to contact Bus driver regarding Bus location in Parking and details regarding boarding each time the landline number provided by the Bus company didn’t connect me to the driver and automatically computerised announcement was there that Bus driver is busy he will not be able to attend the call. I have a call history as evidence where it is clearly reflecting that I had tried to contact Bus driver on given landline number from 12 pm 17 Feb 2025 the day of boarding till 8 pm but call didn’t connect and driver didn’t call me and left without contacting so clearly I got loss of 6k . I had a word with Inter city smart city Customer executive also before boarding time they didn’t provide me drivers or conductors landline number so clearly this company is fraud. I have registered complaint against this for refund with call history as evidence but it’s already been 1.5 month and I haven’t got any call from Case handling and not refund . I will recommend people to NEVER Travel with Make my trip as they Tie up with fraud companies like Inter city Smart Bus which loot customer and without contacting customer Bus departs from location . Even I GOT LOSS Numerous times for HOTEL BOOKINGS AS WHAT THEY SHOW IN WEBSITE HOTEL IS NEVER LIKE THAT FOR CHEAPEST FRAUD HOTELS THEY CHARGE HEFTY AMOUNT AND WHEN CUSTOMER ASKS FOR REFUND EVEN AFTER PROVIDING PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENVES THEY DONT REFUND
