Bhanzu is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I have edited my review after reassure by RE from the BHANZU . I am looking for possible changes can be made by the organisation .
- Did not like the customer service
2.did like the teacher’s response and maintained level.
Group of child was not there some classes so teacher had to make more effort to that students.
I would prefer one to one session.
Did not like the waiting time to get responses from the customer service team.
Did not like the pushing to get enrolled the student for next classes.
GMT time zone was not followed
The class from the actual math champion was invalid , not as promised.
Liked the effort of the realisation ship manager trying to short this out with sincerely.
Did not like after every session students asked to do some quiz and reviews .
In details-
They need to organise the student group according to time zone. They do not follow GMT time group, mixed up all the country students, so be aware when GMT time change they will just keep in their country time but not the time you have chosen for your child in the beginning.
Respond time for customer support should be as easy as you reach out for enrolling or completing the payment. Returning money can be nightmare, I never got that much long to get a refund, it will take 4-5 weeks for
Returning my money.
Teacher was very helpful , for a 10 years child it could be more fun and pleasant playful. My son was heartbroken when all of sudden his student portal was suspended and all this mess happened.
